While attending law school, I began suffering from an array of health issues, including headaches, stomach distress, body aches, etc. After researching the possible causes and treatments for these ailments, I realized I really enjoyed learning about health, and I could best help people as a coach.

I utilize REB techniques, Motivational Interviewing, ACT and DBT skills to assist you in your quest for behavioral change. I believe in focusing on small sustainable adjustments in habits to reach more ambitious goals.
