I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to bring more awareness and intention into their lives and relationships by using a combinations of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. I individualize each therapy session and plan for treatment in order to help my clients achieve their personal goals by giving them tools to remove the barriers to their growth. I believe that by providing a combination of both teaching and space for reflection, I can help my clients live life with more presence and joy.
I work with each individual or family in order to clearly identify their personal goals and concerns and then provide targeted interventions based upon this. Mindfulness is at the core of my practice. I believe it is the most powerful tool for allowing clients to gain a better understanding of their own thoughts and feelings as well as being able to change their response to them.
My goal is to empower you to see your ability to heal and grow by teaching you mindfulness based techniques and coping strategies for every day life.
