Kristy is an attuned and compassionate provider. She is skilled at holding space, listening with an open heart, and offering pragmatic, evidence-based suggestions for facilitating change in your life. Kristy is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s personal and relational challenges. Kristy’s method works to create a warm, open, and non-judgmental space to work through whatever is arising for you in the present moment. She is particularly interested in cognitive behavior therapy because it offers clients evidence-based and actionable steps to create more ease and satisfaction in life.

Kristy enjoys working with women examining their passions and purposes in life, particularly surrounding career, interpersonal relationships and family of origin dynamics. Kristy is skillful at working with young children and their parents, offering tools for coming together in seasons of challenge, creating safe spaces for connection through boundary setting and communication.

Kristy has spent the last 10 years working with new and expectant families in the role of doula and Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting Educator. She is Labor and Postpartum Doula faculty for the international organization (CAPPA) Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association. She is also one of New York City’s only Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting instructors. Kristy completed Seth Godin’s AltMBA, a month long intensive business coaching workshop, and received the special honor of the Novogratz Award for her dedication in commemoration to personal growth as recognized by the cohort. Kristy has written for various publications, reference handbooks and has created numerous resources for pregnant people and new parents.
