My goal is to help you improve your life satisfaction. I do this by helping you to reduce negative emotions, improve communication and relationships, learn effective problem-solving, use win-win negotiating skills, increase positive thinking, and uncover your talents and dreams. I work with you to retell your story in a more positive light. I also construct a family tree for you. This is because I seek patterns in your past that add to your mindset and contribute to your present situation.
